Accessible seating is available in keynotes and session venues for attendees who are blind or low vision, deaf or hard-of-hearing, or who use mobility devices. Accessibility icons in and near the venue will guide you to these seats. For workshops, code talks, and sessions, an ambassador will be available in the room to assist with seating.

All-gender restrooms will be available throughout the event.

Assistive listening devices will be available for all keynotes, breakout sessions, lightning talks, and chalk talks.

A private, secure space will be provided for lactating attendees to express milk. A fridge will be available in the space.

All keynotes, breakout sessions, and lightning talks will feature live captioning for session content.

A quiet space that attendees can use for meditation, prayer, yoga, or finding resources for sensory needs will be available on campus.

Some areas of re:Invent, especially the Expo and keynotes, include loud noise, moving lights, and atmospheric fog. Earplugs, fidget tools, noise-cancelling headphones, strobe-reducing glasses, and visual cue and feeling thermometer cards are available at the reflection room.

Live translations in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, and Spanish are available for keynotes. Headsets are provided at each venue. Additional languages are available via livestream.
